GoodLeaf Hemp Therapeutics sells hemp-derived CBD wellness products, tinctures, gummies, topicals, and other wellness supplements. Please understand:

• All of our products are derived from hemp isolates and contain 0.0% THC in compliance with federal law (or applicable limits under the 2025 Hemp Act)

• Our products are not marijuana and are legal under federal law

• Our products are wellness supplements, not medicine — they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease

• Results may vary from person to person

• We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before starting any CBD regimen, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice

• Product availability is not guaranteed, items may sell out or be discontinued at any time

• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you

• Promotional offers, discount codes, and sales may be modified or discontinued at our discretion

Orders & Payment

• By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason

• We may cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other issues

• Payment is processed securely by our payment processor, PayAnywhere.com We do not store your credit card information on our servers

• You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information

• Colorado sales tax is applied based on your shipping address

Shipping & Delivery

• Standard shipping: $9.50 flat rate on all orders

• Free shipping: on orders over $60

• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed — we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control

• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address — we are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address you provided

• It is your responsibility to know whether CBD products can legally be shipped to your state or jurisdiction

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are consumable wellness items, our return policy is limited. Please review our full shipping & returns page for details.

• Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customer pays return shipping.

• Opened or used products cannot be returned due to the consumable nature of CBD products

• Defective, damaged, or wrong items will be replaced or refunded at no cost if contacted within 14 days

Account Responsibilities

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $60

Orders under $60 ship for a flat rate of $9.50

We ship Monday through Saturday. Most orders ship same day otherwise within 1-2 business days. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

Preorders

Some items may be available for preorder if temporarily out of stock. Preordered items ship separately when they become available. You will receive a tracking notification when each shipment goes out.

Returns

Because our products are consumable wellness items, our return policy is as follows:

Unopened & Sealed Products

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

• Must be in original, unopened, sealed packaging

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

• Refunds issued to original payment method within 5-7 business days

Opened or Used Products

Due to the consumable nature of CBD products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. This is for the health and safety of all our customers.
